Can I advertise my property on AOK if it's already listed with an agent?

What if my realtor says no?
We can't really think of a reason why they would. It's just more advertising for your property and placing your ad (pictures) on AOK dramatically increases the chance of the property selling more quickly. That's a lot of potential buyers.

Do you discriminate between Realtor and/or FSBO listings?
No, all listing receive the same level of exposure. Just like the newspaper, all realtor and FSBO listings are combined on the same page.

Who pays for advertising my property on AOK?
You can pay to advertise your property on our site or your realtor might be willing to help you with the expense. Some will and some won't - that's between you and your agent. The cost is about the same as a one week classified in the paper and your property remains on our site until it sells. It's a one-time fee.

What do I get?
We find buyers by advertising our service in the newspaper, on TV, using yard signs, syndicating your house on Google and Craigslist, and running more than 100 radio spots per month. Plus many of our customers place ads in the paper with direct links to their properties. You benefit from the spillover effect. You will also receive a dedicated URL (direct link to your property) that you can use for advertising.
